  4. -Lugar de residencia.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. -Tel\u00e9fono de contacto o email.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. -Fecha de nacimiento del menor.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. -Talla de ropa y de calzado actual del menor.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. -Altura del menor.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
